Survey grouped by geographic area was created by kema
Hello!

I've been googling, reading the forum but don't really know what to search for.
I have a survey that we use for all of our customers. They are spread out over multiple districts (cities, offices and so on).
When sending out a survey I want to be able to "tag" that customer to a city (eg City 1), another customer is tagged to City 2.

In the statistics we want to group response by City. Basically to separate response frequency (could be done by a variable)

Would one way be to have a question with the different cities as possible answers.
Or should I create a variable and use that in the survey.

Any pointers or experiences are welcome contributions.

Regards
/Kenneth

You could insert that "City" question, hide it and pre-fill it with the survey URL - manual.limesurvey.org/Workarounds:_Surve...ling_survey_elements
