I am having a small issue with creating a multiple choice question. What I am trying to do is have a list of multiple choices but with grouped descriptions in the beginning, middle etc.

Subquestion Code
Group Header Description 1 Not An Option
Option 1 1
Option 2 2
Option 3 3
etc etc
Group Header Description 2 Not An Option
Option 9 9
Option 10 10
Option 11 11
Option 12 12
Group Header Description 3 Not An Option
Option 13 13
Option 14 14
Option 15 15
Group Header Description 4 Not An Option
Option 16 16
Option 17 17
Option 18 18

I just need to be able to add descriptions between question options is this possible? Am I using the incorrect terminology and this has been answered before?
