Hi

In the documentation for questions it says you can have a default value.
eg. manual.limesurvey.org/Question_type_-_Li...alues_.28defaults.29


However, on my installation (v2.50+) I can’t see an option to set a default value. I have looked at the Short free text and List (dropdown) fields. I have added answers for the List (dropdown) field.

In the General options box for a question I can see:
Question type
Question group
Option ‘Other’
Mandatory
Relevance equation

I have tried looking for a Default value option in the Advanced settings box too.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Do I need to set something else up?
