Hi All,

I would like to know if the below scenario is possible:

A user completes a token based survey. Based upon the answers they have provided, the user is directed to a the start of new survey. The token attributes from the first survey are passed through to the new survey token table allowing us to link the data collected based on their email address and token.

is this possible? Is this a feature that has been proposed or is there someone who has developed a script to do something similar? Any help with this is appreciated.

We are on Version 2.05+ Build 140502

Aren't the token attributes predefined? So that you could copy them to every survey before starting.

To link data of two or more surveys you don't need tokens. Any pass-through id would be enough.
You could create a tokenlist with attributes as you like. Then import the same list in both surveys.
That way the token of the first can be used to access the second survey with the same token.

Perhaps I misunderstood your question.
But take a look at URL-fields: manual.limesurvey.org/URL_fields

As jelo wrote. This is an example of url for a survey with non anonymized responses:
http://mydomainname.limesurvey.org/index.php/survey/index/sid/{SID}/token/{TOKEN}/lang/{LANG}
And works nicely in LS 2.05+

Instead {SID} insert the survey ID of the next survey you want to appear.

Don't forget to create a clone list of tokens from the first survey and import it in the next one!

If you want a seamless transition you could switch on "Automatically load URL when survey complete?" in Survey General settings -> Presentation & navigation
