Hi,

I am wanting to create an array or table, that combines a normal Yes/No array with the ability to enter numeric input as shown below:

Can this be done ?

Cheers,

Scott

This can be done by moving numeric inputs from following questions into the array. See this post - www.limesurvey.org/en/forum/design-issue...ifiy?start=100#94472 .

Thankyou, that definitely looks like what I am after. I have inserted the script and copied the question setup that was used in the link, however I am unable to get the question to display properly, I'm using Vallender will that affect things ?

Also how would I go about making three changes:
- change to short numeric input
- add a second age input
- change the order of display to: checkbox/checkbox/Numeric input/Numeric Input for each question

Attached is the .lsg

Well, this gets a little complicated.

You will need a separate multi-numeric question for each "Age" column. And each of those will need subquestions that match the subquestions in the array.

Then you will want to make the age inputs only mandatory if a "Yes" radio is selected and disable/clear them if "Yes" is not selected.

Quite a lot of JS required...
