Edit: Or, another way. Is there a way I could have two Opt-out placeholders, one for each language I'm supporting?
Reason: Trying to be compliant with local law in French-Canadian Quebec. I can't assume either English or French on the part of the respondent. An acceptable solution would be if I could add both lang=en and lang=fr versions of the Survey and opt-out URLS to the email. But the token systems forces me one or the other as far as I can see.
Please be more specific: What is the wording of the untranslated error message? Can you find the untranslated string at least in the french language file (.po)?
Please confirm that you want to opt out of this survey by clicking the button below.
After confirmation you won't receive any invitations or reminders for this survey anymore.
I confirm.
I've attached screen shot of the email with the French lang tag, and the on-screen opt-out message.
I also checked the fr.po file for LS 2.7.x and the above strings don't exist.
Then it is a bug that derives from 2.7? I thought it was new in 3.x. Could you add your findings to the bug report as a comment? It helps when there is more than one person reporting and commenting.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
