Is it possible to hide/disable radio options based on the answers to this question?
More specifically, we have, for example, an answer with the code A1 and if 5 people answer this question with the A1 option, it is hidden/disabled.

You didn't answer the questions at the beginning.
Therefore we can't answer your question because you have to use one of two plugins which depend on version and place of hosting.

The version you find in the lower right corner of the admin interface.
And the hosting? If you hosted LimeSurvey by yourself you should know that.
So were ist it? Is it a universitiy installatiuon, is it an installation of your company, or?

And we see the version if you send a lss export of your survey.

in this version you have to install the plugin "getStatInSurvey".
Do you have rights to do this?
Therefore we ask these questions about hosting etc.

Also, LS 3.22.8+200309 has been released on 09.03.2020. So over 4 years ago.

Despite LS 3 being now EOL (not supported anymore), this is certainly not the latest version of LS 3.x either.

Last 3.X version 3.28.77
3.28.76 is OK too
