Sorry If this was addressed earlier, I wasn't able to find anything relevant & thanks in advance. 
The array question does not allow to change to custom text for heading instead of '1 to 5 ; I want to use 'Strongly disagree' to 'Strongly agree' 

I tried looking at earlier answers and also chatgpt, I am not really well versed with js, custom script will be helpful.
