I am trying to send invitation via the survey and got this message :

44: (contact@x.fr).Messages d'erreur: Your email must contain an invitation link to the survey.
Tous les courriels n’ont pas été envoyés : Certains messages n’ont pas été envoyés, car le serveur ne les a pas acceptés ou une autre
erreur est apparue.

Thus, if I insert a link in the mail ( mail de couriel) the invitation is sent and it is resolved. I have to send the invitation mail without a link please advice.

Yes, the SaaS version seems to require this while the community version does not.
 

 

You may workaround by sending the invitations with the mail merge function of your email client.

It can not really for LimeSurvey default purpose.

But : i sometime use it with a link to a different survey. Or to send PDF report done week after the survey.
Using LimeSurvey as a mailing tool.

By the way I have juste workarounded it by adding a link hiding it (white color) and using the Ancre property of the URL see the attached  picture.
