==================
Hello,

I am working on a survey and was hoping to get some insight on something I would like to do. In my survey.

I am collecting a specific unique identifier each participant would have outside of the survey. Ideally this identifier would be provided to the participant via QR code sticker. The QR code sticker has the unique ID written in text on it which can be entered into the survey manually. But I am wondering if I can enable scanning the QR code to fill out the LimeSurvey field with a mobile phone camera.

Thank you

QR codes contain a URL. You can append information to be loaded into LimeSurvey in that URL.

Thanks tpartner, the issue with this solution is the QR codes are coming from an outside source/partner that I cannot control. I will discuss with them where that QR code leads. I worry it simply will correspond with the string for the ID and not an actual URL.
