Hi everyone,

I'm a student and now going to run a survey using LimeSurvey. 

I'm planning to do the closed-access mode survey. I tried to do trials by including my own emails in the survey participant table. 
I have generated the token (by system), set the email status to "OK", and sent the invitation (even the reminder).
However, no emails were sent to my inbox (and spam). 

For the email method, I am using "LimeSurvey cloud". My administrator email is hosted in Gmail. 

Just to inform: I am using Basic plan, and I am now running another survey in an opened-access mode.

Your help is highly appreciated.
