In my survey, I use the "list with comment" question type, where the comment box appears in the bottom right corner, next to the answer possibilities. Would it be possible to have the comment box positioned under the answer possibilities? So it would look like:

why didn't you answer the questions at the beginning?
They are really important, as the different releases of LimeSurvey (2.x, 3.x/5.x, 6.x) are based on different libraries (JQueryUI, bootstrap 3, bootstrap 5).
Therefore there is no general answer.

Change

to
var thisQuestion = $('#question{QID}');

and remove the parts from "Insert a new column"

I used everything straight out of the shelf, vanilla settings in that regard. But I should have said that, you are right.
