Actually, the .lss example that you attached is the one that is working. Not attaching it because, you yourself sent it. Is there something else you would like me to share? Will be happy to do so.
What is not working now is the dropdown functionality. I tried with other code which was pointed out to me earlier (all links on this thread itself) but the dropdown options did not work.
Thanks to everyone who helped out. I was able to experiment and now, the survey is up and running with both dropdowns and with Add Row, remove Row feature.
