Hi,
why didn't you answer the questions at the beginning?
So I show this in version 5.x.
Your screenshot was removed, therefore I have no idea what you are talking about.
If you use the standard "dropdown" question I see the hovered item highlighted
and if you click again (after you already made a seletion) this item is still highlighted.
If you use the "Bootstrap-dropdown" you find a setting to tick the selected option.
So, what exactly is your concern?
