can we do like this:
the short free text will show the answer form previous questions, and also can continue to fill the answer

Try to insert a (hidden) question of type equation after Q2.
{Q3=join(Q1.shown,Q2.shown)}

And don't show Q3 on the same page.

but it cannot show smoothly.
