I would like to make a yes/no survey and was just wondering is there a way that limesurvey would notify me whenever someone answers 3 or more yes on my survey.

You can use Expression, then {if(countif("Y",Q00.NAOK,Q01.NAOK,Q02.NAOK) > 3,"email@example.org","")}

But with these settings in "Notification & data"


you will receive the basic email if the respondent answers three times "yes"
and the detailled email always.

And it's up to you to design the content of the mails.

Sorry for this late reply but thanks for that. I encountered a problem with my gmail smtp connection and it seems that its not sending an email even when I try forget password. But here's to hoping that I can make this work. Thanks.
