We do a regular survey several times a year. It is an academic institution so most respondents are the same in each round (students).
The participants table records represent students in courses (i.e respondent will appear several times according to the number of his courses ), and for other technical reasons we need to delete the respondent table after each round...for these reasons we cannot use the CPD.

The thing is, there is a student who demands not to receive any more survey emails. The "unsubscribe" will not help here as all students records are deleted and reloaded for each round.

My question: If I add this student to the CPD and blacklist him there, will the system know to exclude him from a survey that its participants have not been added from the CPD
