In my opinion would have been easier to set a quota.

1.Equation after this questions
{if(count(Consent1_SQ001.NAOK,Consent1_SQ002.NAOK,Consent1_SQ003.NAOK)==3,1,0)}

if these three subquestions are the only ones in question "Consent1", this is shorter:
{if(count(that.Consent1.NAOK)==3,1,0)}


2. Quota with limit 0 on the value 0 of this equation.
