I am using LimeSurvey Version 3.15.5+181115. When using keyboard only operation, radio button works exactly as it should. However, when I use JAWS (screenreader), it ceases to work as it should--when using the down arrow, it reads the next question, but does not select the next question as it should in keyboard only operation. The video shows the behavior.
Any ideas as to the cause?

No screen cast in your post … but seems really a big issue.

I find a keytrap with other text (*) , but seems to work without other.
