Use a list-radio or list-dropdown question for the image choice. Then you will be able to see the results in statistics.

I agree with tpartner. This solution is also usually a lot more user friendly, as they just have to click and not write something into a field.
I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
