Random allocation to survey was created by artiom13
Hi Guys,

I am doing my Masters final project and need to conduct primary research. I am new to limesurvey (never used it before). Brief outline of the survey: i am comparing set of images (to see which one is prefered), lets name it Pic A and Pic B. I need to develop a survey where 50% of participants are presented with Pic A and Pic B, and the other 50% presented with Pic B and Pic A.

Is it possible to do this with Limesurvey?? Or maybe someone has a sugestion on how to do it better?

Thank you!!

Have a look at this post (you would be doing it with questions instead of groups) - www.limesurvey.org/forum/can-i-do-this-w...domize-groups#154640

Using rand(1, 2) will give you close to a 50/50 split, depending on sample size.
