I'm using an array dual scale question type with the TFR responsive template. I have the headers formatted as such:

However, when I look at them on mobile with the responsive feature, they appear with the HTML:

Is this a Limesurvey or template limitation? and is there a workaround? Thanks

Hi, I am the one responsible for this error.

We will look at it. Do you use the free version or the paid version of the template?

Did you adopt a lot in the template? At least some, because the background is different and the coloring.

We will certainly look at it, but I always wonder if these array question types, especially the double array are something you would want to ask on people using mobiles....

Yes to adopting. I am using a paid version of the template. I agree array is not ideal for mobile.

Hi,

I am quite certain that (large) arrays are not ideal (actually: quite bad) for mobile devices, but certainly the multiple array is very bad for mobile devices.

If you know or suspect that respondents will use a mobile device, try to avoid arrays and specially multiple arrays.
