The market is too small to offer tests ready to import. Some commercial survey products are shipped with scales or simple tests. But since there is a broad range of psychometric / personality test out there you mostly end up buying the test on paper or file and enter it into the survey-software on your own. From time to time I see job offers about integrating certain tests via LimeSurvey. I think you will end up with contracting someone. I would be very surprised to see a out-of-the-box offer for psychometric tests in connection with LimeSurvey.
