Different endpage.pstpl for the survey and another one for the list of surveys?

I have a modified template for surveys done by our company. The basic change is, that it shows a logo in the footer (edited in the endpage.pstpl). Now we are preparing a survey that will be done in the name of one of our customers so I need just for this one survey to have a different logo in the footer. However, when I edit the endpage.pstpl, it also changes the page listing all other surveys done by our company.

Is there a way to have different footer for the survey and a different one for the list of surveys?

Create a new copy of the template for the customer survey(s).

Cheers,

The problem is that you are using the template that you use for the surveys als default template, which has an impact on how the index page (with the survey list) looks like. I never understood why this index page is not part of the admin template rather than the survey template, but I guess this is some inheritance from the time when there were no admin templates.

Solution:
Copy your modified template, which creates a new template. Make the logo change, use this newly created template for this one survey.

And Tony beat me because I had to rant about the index template issue. ;-)

Thank you both for the advice. It was as you described, I did not realize, that I am modifying the "general" template. Once I made the copy for the new survey the problem was solved.

Clear : it's not an adminb part, but a public part.
admin part : admin templatre
public part : template : by survey if in survey, global if not in survey. We must use default template for 404 too actually.

With this argumentation the login page would need to be part of the survey template as well. ;-)

For me, the index page is part of the plattform itself and not part of the surveys. And usually the design doesn't make sense to be part of the survey template, it is a completely different purpose. But anyway...

Home page => Survey listing ... : public template
Login page => go to admin ... : admin template

Seems clear for me .....

Can have different 404 for admin toute, why not.

Think must have different 401 for admin / public

I totally get your point. However, for me the Homepage is part of the backend / CMS system of Limesurvey and thus should be part of the Admin Template and not the survey template. So let's just agree to disagree.
I guess it won't change any time soon anyway.

No, I won't downvote this. I hope I never have to see any of these screens anyway. ;-)

A 404 on a website is a very common issue.

Example 1 : put a link to a survey on another website, some year after : delete the survey : 404
Example 2 : try to see the content (with your browser) of /upload/ directory

Maybe not you, but robots and user : surely
