Questions with multiple sets of Answers was created by Mattjimf
I need to create a survey that allows the user to select an answer from a set of three answers, but I need this to be done multiple times for the same question see attached for example:

Is there any way to do this or do I need to find another way to do this? Obviously radio buttons would be best for being an online questionnaire.

Thanks

I think you will need to split it up into various questions. At the end of the day this is actually what it is. You have actually various different questions put into one.

So what you could do is use the first question to write the question text and then for the following questions you don't put a question text.

I don't really see another way. Maybe someone else has a better idea, but I doubt it.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

What do you mean by "to do this"? To get the exact look (layout) of all answers on one screen-page?
In LimeSurvey you would create four single choice questions with three answer items (like holch already suggested).

You then would place them in one question group to show them together at once.
If you have a task set (since the screen shot states "task one") you'll have to create every task set (no looping).
