Choosing Pictures was created by southcot
I am a newbie to LS. I'm using version Version 2.50+160908.
I want to create a poll:-
Offering 12 images and giving pollsters the chance to choose the 3 they like the best but rating those three in order of preference. Is this possible and of so could I have some pointers of how to get started?
TIA

1. Question : Multiple Choice with answer limit 3 (advanced options).
You can upload and place the images in the answer items via the html editor.
Or do you want to indicate a ranking when choosing the three pictures?
You write "rating those three in order of preference".
So you might can use a ranking question as well and enforce three answers on the ranking question.
It depends a bit if there are more questions in the survey/poll.

Depending of the size of the images you might give the ranking question a try.
manual.limesurvey.org/Question_type_-_Ranking
Sometimes it looks nicer to use a different question type for ranking.
Since you're only need 1-3 you might use an Array with "First", "Second" and "Third choice" as answer labels.
