summing numbers in a multi numerical question was created by wilverley
is it possible to dynamically add the numbers in a multi numerical input together and give a total at the bottom of the column of inputs.
for example
Monday number of trips 20
Tuesday number of trips 4
Wednesday number of trips 12
Thursday number of trips 0
Friday number of trips 8
total 44
I can find a way to add 2 numbers but not multiple numbers

Monday number of trips 20
Tuesday number of trips 4
Wednesday number of trips 12
Thursday number of trips 0
Friday number of trips 8
total 44

Hi, wilverley,
with the following settings in "advanced settings" in the multiple numerical input I get the following automatic summary (screenshot)
Maximum sum value: 99999 // that's just a high number which will never reached
Minimum sum value: 0
Minimum value: 0
Maximum value: 99999 // that's just a high number which will never reached.
It's done absolutely automatically.
If you want to you can hide the instructions "Die Summe muss zwischen ..." and so by css.
E.G.
.questionvalidcontainer {display:none;}
Best regards

Hi, wilverley,
by the way,
if you want to save this sum, you have to use an expression.
