Creating learning course with LimSurvey was created by YoupiDollarZ
Hey guys !
First of all, sorry for my english, it isn't my native language.
I just discovered LimeSurvey and tried it a bit on Wamp server. Run smooth and seems to be intuitive.
I would like to create learning course with this tool. It isn't so different from a survey, the only exception is there is good and bad answers.
Did someone ever tried to do it with LimeSurvey ? Is it possible you think ? Learning course, if you have at least 80% of good answers, you can have access to this set of question or if you score < 80% you have easier questions or theory tips... etc.
Thanks in advance for your answers

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Hi, YoupiDollarZ,
well, the keyword is "assessment". That's the way to build a score. See manual and examples.
Without this you can just count the "good" answers and "bad" answers.
All is to be able to group your respondents into several groups.
So, your scenario is:
1. A few basic questions to build the groups.
2. Each group gets specific questions according to their level.
That's easy to build.
Calculate a score of the respondent by EM (Expression Manager).
Decide to which of the groups the respondent belongs.
Then group relevance displays or not the according questions.
A possible second scenario:
Respondents get questions about several topics starting with easy questions. As long as they answer correctly, the proceed.
In case of an incorrect answer they skip to the next block of questions.
So, just to say, there is a lot of scenarios which you can build with LS.
The only disadvantage is: You cannot skip back.
Best regards
Joffm
