Hello, how can I convert my language from lowercase to uppercase?

As you can see in the picture provided, English is fine, the first letter being uppercase. However, in Greek the first letter starts with lowercase for some reason and I'm wondering if that could change to uppercase instead.

All I want to do is change the choose a language filter in the welcome page. Haven't figured out how to do that yet.

Edit: language-changer class didn't need the dash that's why it didn't work.

Butb think if we use Englis, French etc ... we must use Greek
