multiple answer with commentary was created by ledoux
Hello
with the multiple answers + commentary.
I would like to allow to fill some fields (option "check box selected") , but if the respondent chooses an "exclusive answer" (no answer), then it works (box checked) without having to fill a commentary. Now, the respondent need to fill the box AND put a commentary in order to make this exclusive answer working.
Actually what I would really like is a "multiple input text" followed by a "no answer" (exclusive) in the same question. It is possible? Thank you

Tpartner, Thank you. Yes I knew this option, but then if the person doesn't check the box "exclusive answer", it doesn't work too. Anyway, I have a format pb now. The text for each "multiple answer" is place bellow the box (see bellow). How can I fix it and put the answer texts at the right of the boxes?
Thank you!!
Thank you!!

It looks like you have switched to the default template so the labels are now aligned to the right of the check-boxes.

an extra question, beside the format issue. I need this "multiple answer + commentary" mandatory.
But there is a condition on this question that determines if another page is displayed or not. For the moment, the condition is "display if empty". But if the respondent check a box without any comment (and notably the "exclusive option") then the condition empty is not filled, and the page is not displayed while it should be.
The condition should be "if there is at least one comment then don't display the page / if there is no commentary, only check box (notably the "exclusive option" is chosen) then display the page". Is that possible ?
Thank you

If, for example, the multiple-choice has code "Q1" and sub-question codes "SQ001", "SQ002", "SQ003", "SQ004" and the last sub-question is exclusive, the relevance equation for the following page would be:The condition should be "if there is at least one comment then don't display the page / if there is no commentary, only check box (notably the "exclusive option" is chosen) then display the page". Is that possible ?
Code:
Q1_SQ001comment != '' OR Q1_SQ002comment != '' OR Q1_SQ003comment != ''
