Why i use remote control but cant set full header

Why i use remote control but cant set full header was created by billionairez
i use remotecontrol in remotecontrol_handle --> function export export_responses()
and i set $sHeadingType = 'full' but header still 'code'
ex:
"id","submitdate","lastpage","startlanguage","startdate","datestamp","P1","Q001","Q002","Q003","Q004","Q005","P2","P3","P301","Q1","Q1[other]","Q2[SQ001]","Q2[SQ002]","Q2[SQ003]","P4","P401","P5","P6","P6
