We are running a small service providing company and would like to add a customer saticfaction survey after a trouble ticket is closed. We are running vtiger locally.
Regardless of vtiger what we like to do is this:
Send a link to the customer to click and start the survey imedialtly
We would like to avoid the customer to imput his personal data as we already have those.
After the completion the data should be stored in limesurvey together with the email

Use API : manual.limesurvey.org/RemoteControl_2_API#add_participants

This return the token, you can easily create the link or use manual.limesurvey.org/RemoteControl_2_API#invite_participants
