Assessment - Using images for answers was created by arunicbe
I have assessment to assess a user for a statement with five answers. I use array question type. It shows five radio buttons. I would like to know it is possible to show images instead of radio buttons. something similar to this.

I think responses are sanitize even if they are introduced by survey admin. A workaround could be showing images in question text (it works, use HTML tag "img") and referencing them with numbers in responses.

I includex html img tags in the answer text. It shows images perfectly. Now, the problem is it is also displaying the radio button (circle).

It would be nice if the circle is hidden and shows image only.

For image-based answers, I display the image thumbnail, which is clickable into a new window, and also includes descriptive text, like so:
Code:
<a href="path to image" onclick="window.open(this.href, '','resizable=no,status=no,location=no,toolbar=no,menubar=no,fullscreen=no,scrollbars=no,dependent=no,width=800,left=500,height=800,top=100'); return false;"><img alt="" src="hpath to image" style="height: 150px;" title="Close the window to return to the gallery page." /></a><h3>Image #659</h3><strong>Description</strong><br/><br/>Descriptive text using breaks instead of paragraph formatting.

It would be very nice, however, to have image-based answers as a default answer type, with the ability to load a thumbnail, and description. I think it would be a lot less clunky.
