Can u set the question A conflict of question B on limsurvey?

Can u set the conflict message as below?

For example : If the surveyee chose :1 on question A and question B

It shows the conflict message

If the surveyee chose : 1 on question A and chose 2 on question B

It is not show the conflict message

Use a "show text" question with relevance equation:

A=="1" and B=="1"

Depend of question type : manual.limesurvey.org/Question_type_-_Sh...28em_validation_q.29 is better

I would use a text display question for the warning with relevance like this so it will only be shown if Q1 is the same as Q2:
Code:
Q1 == Q2

And then, as Denis suggests, apply question validation to both Q1 and Q2.
