I haven't found the cause so far. Comparing the html/css/js files seem all unmodified.
I wonder if 2.73.0 got an issue.

Heinrich, you can test it by yourself by creating a free installation for your account on limesurvey.org:

I have already stated that the survey works as expected for me in 2.73.0 (and provided a screenshot).

Sorry, didn't know that you were also using 2.73.0

So it's not a version issue. May it be a language issue? I'm using Limesurvey in German, however, have also already created surveys in English. Still the same.

Or could it be an PHP issue? I'm using PHP 7.0
