Hi,

There seems to be a problem with the generation of HTML-graphs (simple and expert mode) on the statistics section. We only see the graph's placeholders. PDF-Statistics export ist working as expected.

Is anyone also having this issue?

Yes - i've just installed LS Version 3.14.1+180731 on an xammp box and a debian server and see nothing under simple statistics except placeholders and no graphs under expert mode (see attached pics) .
the survey itself appears to function fine.
thanks for any advice you can give on this.

Thanks to Markus for the quick fix - I patched the updated statistic.js into my existing installation and it shows graphs!
BUT: looking at the shreenshot below:
1. some of the graphs are squished up at the top making them unreadable. its not about having a maximum of 1 entry to show as some with max=1 show fine. graphs show the same on edge and firefox (both latest updates)
2. some subqueston texts are repeated for more than one subquestion and some have no text header for some of the graphs (subquestions). I guess it could be as the sub-question codes (eg SQ001) are the same across more than one question - I haven't' had time to test this yet... any advice?

are these still the same bug or am i doing something wrong (I'm new to LS)
thanks
Mike

a small further update. the expert mode stats works great with all graphs showing perfectly. the remaining problem is on the simple statistics
- headings don't match the graph or may be blank or reflect the question not the subquestion
- some graphs are squished up and unreadble.
i made a second survey (all with unique subquestion codes) and got the same result as the the screenshots shown above.
i can't see an obvious pattern for what is squished or has the wrong heading. the only pattern i can see is the squished graphs have decimal places on the 'y' axis marker (eg 1.0) whereas the 'normal' graphs are shown without decimals. there is no difference in the question settings that would account for this.

should i add this as another bug report?

thanks for any advice

We already have a bug report, but I have always problems recreating the issue.
Can you tell me more about the setup you are using?

markus - just checking - do you mean the fix to statistic.js you posted to bug 13941 re no graphs showing,
or are you referring to another fix.
the problems i note in the last 2 posts are when I have already included the new statistics.js file from 13941

thanks
