Finally, I created an index using MySQLWorkbench, on the only field in the lime_answer table that did not have an index: assessment_value
I still don't know if this has worked, because I just allowed users access and also the surveys that were causing problems are in the new installation with a clean database.
I'm waiting to see if everything goes well. I'll tell you.
I just wanted to give a little feedback about my problem.
I don't know if it was due to indexing the database field, or because I moved the surveys that caused the problem to version 6 (with another database in which I also indexed the same field just in case), but the problem has not occurred again.
