Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: 6.4
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: Own Server
Survey theme/template: Fruity

I just performed the update to 6.4 CE and was able to use the software for a couple of days. Today when I tried to log in the system won't recognize my password and the reset password is not sending a reset email.
Is there a way through the hosting interface that I can reset the admin password?

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Did you setup the email function? If so, it should send an email.
Now, as you do not receive any emails to reset (for whatever reason), you will have to set a new password in the database directly, if you have access to it.
However, it sounds strange that you could login before and suddenly you can't and Limesurvey won't "recognize" your password. This sounds like someone has changed your password and email to me.

I am worried that is what happened...I was able to log in right after and the emails to other users went through fine prior to today. Haven't been able to check if emails are still going through.
I do have access to the SQL DB - are there instructions for the current version for me to make that change?
