Create Survey/Global Settings/List Surveys/Edit Themes Crash after Fresh Install

Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: Version 6.3.8+231204
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: Own VPS
Survey theme/template: Default (fresh install)

Installation finished correctly, but after the first login as admin, the error from the attached screenshot is generated when I try to go to Create Survey, List Surveys, Global Settings, or Edit Themes.
The database prefix set during installation is not "-se-lime_" as the error message states. Could this be the problem?
Edit: The issue persists after updating to version 6.4.0+231218
