Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: Self Hosted
Survey theme/template: Default
==================
Hello. I'm trying to transfer my surveys from LimeSurvey Cloud 5.6.49 to LimeSurvey 6.3.8.

I backed up the entire database, but was unable to use the database on the new self-hosted installation. I can see the tables and data in the database, but the data is not loaded into the interface. Am I missing something?

Thank you very much.

Depends on what your settings during the installation process are. Did you use the newly created database (copy of your limesurvey cloud database)?

I don't know if Limesurvey GmbH does something different, but I don't think so. But you probably can't ask them, because I highly doubt that the offer support for moving away from them. :-)

So, let us know what you did when installing your self hosted Limesurvey CE, to understand what could have gone wrong.

Thank you, holch.

Reading config.php I figured out: tha backup DB has no table prefix, so I removed it and now it works.

Now I'm using a new environment variable im my docker-compose.yaml:

- "DB_TABLE_PREFIX= "

Thank you.
