==================
Hi guys.

Apologies, I don't know if this is the appropriate forum if it is not let me know and close it, I can repost.

I am posting here because I am moving from LS6.X to LS5.x for production as version 6 is a bit of a moving target right now.  I am hoping LS5.x is a reasonably stable platform until 6.x matures.

After the install of 5.x, on the first log in (every time I load up the dashboard) I am presented with a popup that says "Welcome to Lime Survey, 1. Create a new survey .... etc".  I have looked everywhere for how to turn this off including global settings and dashboard settings.  I have googled this but any search for a welcome popup results in links to threads about survey interfaces presenting popups to survey takers.  The forum search did not provide any useful results either.

How can we disable the Welcome to Lime Survey popup on 5.x dashboard?

Thanks.

This goes away after the first survey is created. Interesting.

Yes, it was meant as a tutorial for first time users.

I think they took it out in LS6 if I recall right (some users in the forum were missing it).

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
