When i try to update using Confort Update after the changeling shows this message, how can i debug?
Gateway TimeoutThe gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

Send another message to them.

They might consider this not to be a CU issue and thus not respond though.

I recommend to also create a bug report.
I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
