I updated the survey using comfort update, and the admin page, surveys and everything stopped working.

Error comes when we click a survey: hrhelpdesk.in/survey/index.php/435424?lang=en&encode=

This is hosted on our site HRhelpdesk.in and was doing a pretty fine job till we updated it.


Complete error of admin page is as follows
