Users need some privacy, there should be a user role that can not see others surveys on admin panel. When admin select that role for you, you can only see your own survays in the admin panel.

The admin should add you to the system without the ability to add surveys. then the admin should add a survay (title only is enough). Changes the owner of the survey later and assigns it to you. Thus, you only have 1 survey, you cannot add a new survey, you can edit your existing survey.

It's the default behavior when you select only "Create survey" for your user (and no other right on surveys or SurveyGroups).
Only Superadmin can have access to all survey.

Then : no need a new feature.

omg, in turkish translate, it is not understanable. They should seperate these rules on the rules modal.
