Hi, we have a two surveys that are linked together with auto-loaded end url. We are using tokens to pass data from one to the next. In our responses, we are seeing duplicate response rows for a single token. There is usually one complete response row, with the rest empty.
Have tried updating participant settings as below- as suggested in a separate thread but with no luck!
Answer persistence ON
Allow multiple : OFF

Please could you help with this issue?

The settings didn't fix the previous data. Only the next data.
The second survey is not anonymous ?

" The settings didn't fix the previous data. Only the next data." => Yes, I manually deleted the previous duplicates. Updated Answer persistence ON and Allow multiple: OFF settings. I still get empty duplicates with the same token for new responses as well.

Second survey (both surveys) is not anonymous. Need to enter token to enter the survey. Please find attached survey settings page screenshot.

When user reload the last page : seems to happen.
