Hello, I have the following issue. When there is a question of type array of numbers in the questionnaire, the export to SPSS version 16 and above doesn't work.
When I try to export responses to SPSS, I receive a 500 Internal Server Error.
Question Q20 is of type array - numbers. If I delete question Q20 /surveyid=478639&gid=5&qid=23/ or change the question type to array - text, the export works fine.

by syntax file and data file (I suppose because of your mention of "16 and above)?
When did the error occur?
I could not reproduce this.

Or directly to *.sav?

Unfortunately you set the cookie that I can't test more.
But this question Q20 contains a script.
I saw that you hided subquestions fields instead of just inserting subheaders.

Did you try in a copy of the survey without this script?
Activate, enter some data and try to export.
Though I do not really believe that this is the issue, ... nobody knows. Better to test to be able to exclude it.

Yes, i try to export by syntax file and data file and yes i copy the survey without this script and its the same error. I create one survey with only one question of type array number without any validations and scripts, activate it and enter data and export still doesn't work. I write about the problem after i have test all of this.
