Hi there all, I have a serious problem with my Limesurvey, i use it for a long time ago and i have no problems, but now we are having a problem that some responses is not saving, i explain.
We are making surveys to an enterprises and, if the enterprises dont make the survey we contact with them to make them fill the survey, a couple of enterprises say us that they complete the survey, we look at Limesurvey and we see that enterprise dont hace a response or a complete response there, well, one enterprise send me the pdf with the response and that pdf is from my survey but is all empty, and on my Limesurvey even say that they dont even access to the survey, can someone help me to figure out why this can be happen?
