Hello

I am using the VANILLA theme in a survey, but the logos do not appear. I have checked and in the FILES folder of the THEME the PNG files do appear, but they are not shown in the survey.

I have checked the THEME options in the survey settings and the option to show the logo is also activated, but it does not appear in the survey.



Do you know what it could be?

What happens when you click on preview the image ("Previsualizar imagem")?

The image is not displayed, but the image is there because I see it on the server.

Well, obviously there is something wrong with the path then.

Which path is the image drawn from in this preview and also in your surveys? Have a look in the source code where the image should be and check what the path of the image is, which is not shown. 

Then compare what the path to the image is.

How can I fix it so that the themes have the correct path?

In some releases this was the case for Windows servers. Please update to the most recent version and see if the problem persists.

Sorry for the delay in responding but I haven't been able to update the system until. It is already updated and I have the same problem, the images are not displayed.
