What happens in default vanilla or fruity?

It's the same, I've tested this too, also with vanilla

Now I found out the issue,
for testing, I've run the survey and the pp policy showed up once.
Then I just closed the survey without answering it and restarted again, so the pp link didn't show up another time. So in this case I just deleted the survey "umfrage löschen...) and re-initiated it one more time. So voila, the link appeared correctly.
