in a Raking question out of 10 answer options I can indicate 3. The answer "Other" is also expected. I would like that if you classify "Other" among the three allowed, a question will subsequently open asking you to specify. What condition should I set?

when you activate the survey and enter some data you see in the response table that Limesurvey stores
in variable "Rank_1" the code of the option on 1st place,
in variable "Rank_2" the code of the option on 2nd place.
...
Now your condition is:
Is the code_of_other in one of these first three places?
Rank_1==code_of_other OR Rank_2==code_of_other OR Rank_3==code_of_other
with "Rank"as question code
